Social Prescribers

Feeling lonely, isolated or bored? Need help with benefits advice and information? Want to get fitter or healthier? Social prescribing could be for you.

Together Co Social Prescribing is a free service that supports people to reduce feelings of isolation, create connections and improve their wellbeing. We start with a confidential and informal chat over the phone to understand what is currently affecting your life.  We provide support and help you find activities, social groups and advice services to help you feel happier and healthier.

Our programme is solution focused, tailored to each individual and lasts 2-3 months (approx.) To use the service, you must be aged 18+, a resident of Brighton and Hove, and want to focus on non-medical needs.  To access this service, speak to your GP who will be able to refer you to our in-house link worker.
